Hi everyone! I am Erum Tasneem from Karachi, Pakistan. I blog at VIBGYOR Krafts and share more work over at my Instagram and YouTube. I am so excited to be guesting today for PPS. I have two cards to share today.
My first card features the gorgeous Ing’s Doodle Clear Background Stamp. I started by stamping a panel with Altenew Ink in Blush with the help of Tim Holtz Stamping Platform. I stamped it a couple of times since its a very light shade of ink. I cut a portion of this panel and adhered two layers of punched borders to it. For these borders, I used the Martha Stewart Lace Punch. I also adhered a thin strip of Altenew Glitter Tape in Silver for a little bling.
I then took a white panel for my card front and scored some lines on it to add texture. To this panel, I popped up my stamped piece with foam tape and adhered it onto a card base. In the end, I stamped a sentiment from Anjali’s Islamic Greetings onto white cardstock, cut it and popped it on my card front along with some matching sequins.
For my second card, I didn’t have to do much as well. The stamps did all the work for me. I stamped the Islamic Pattern Background Stamp with Versamark onto black cardstock. I heat embossed this in Altenew Antique Gold Embossing Powder. Next, I stamped one of the greetings from Anjali’s Islamic Greetingsonto a small tab and popped it on the card front with foam tape. For a little interest, I stamped the sentiment again, heat embossed it and then fussy cut the crescent design and popped it over the first embossed design with foam tape.
To add a little bling, I applied rose gold glitter to a thin strip of cardstock and glued it to the sentiment tab. In the end, I added a few sequins to tie everything together.
These were two very quick, simple yet elegant cards. I am sure you will get inspired to pick these gorgeous stamps and get creating!
Thank you so much PPS for having me, it was an absolute honour.
