2. What payment methods do you offer?
Cash On Delivery
This payment method is available only for residents of the UAE. The courier company will collect cash from you when they deliver your order. There are no extra charges for paying through this method.
If you choose Bank Transfer, we will email you our bank details after packing your order. Once we receive the payment in full, we will dispatch your order. There are no extra charges for paying through this method.
You can pay using your Credit and/or Debit Card at checkout. Please click on the option called ‘TAP’ – you will see it at the checkout page. There are no extra charges for paying through this method.
Customers choosing to pay via PayPal will be sent a money request after the order is packed and ready for dispatch. Once we receive the payment in full, we will dispatch your order. All PayPal transactions will be in USD and a PayPal Transaction fee will be applicable. Please contact us via email for any clarifications.
3. Do I need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal?
You can pay with your Debit or Credit Card on PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. However, having a PayPal account makes it easier and safer to shop online, and you don’t need to re-enter your card details each time you pay.
4. What are your shipping rates?
Orders above AED 500 will be shipped for FREE and orders below AED 500 will incur a nominal charge of AED 15*.
*This rate applies only to service areas (within main city limits). Remote areas will incur a courier charge of AED 45 + 5% VAT. We will get in touch with you via telephone or email if your address falls under remote area.
We have stopped shipping internationally due to the pandemic.
5. How do you ship orders?
Local orders are sent using a Dubai-based courier company.
6. How can I keep a track of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking details.
7. When will I receive my order?
If you opt for Cash on Delivery payment method, orders with addresses within service areas (main city limits) will reach in 2-3 working days. If you opt for the Bank Transfer payment method, your order will be dispatched only after we receive the payment in full.
Addresses in remote areas of UAE will receive their order in 3-5 working days.
Delays can occur in delivery if the customer doesn’t respond to the courier company’s calls on time and/or due to the pandemic and new regulations in place.
8. What is your Return Policy?
We will accept a refund/exchange request of unopened and unused items only within 7 days of delivery. Return courier will incur an additional charge of AED 26 (charged by the courier company and not Pretty Paper Studio).
9. What if I receive a damaged product?
Any item with a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge depending on availability or the amount will be refunded to you via Bank Transfer. However, such a defect has to be notified to us within 72 hours of receiving the item.
10. What if the item I am looking for isn’t listed on your website?
We are in the process of closing our Online Store and relocating to a different country. Unfortunately, we cannot help with an item that isn’t currently listed on the website.
11. Do you have a physical address we can come to view your products?
At the moment we offer an online shopping service only.
11. Could I pick up my order from anywhere?
Unfortunately, we offer delivery only.
