Hello, everyone! Donna here with some ideas how to decorate your planner spreads with regular scrapbook supplies.
I use my Classic The Happy Planner for everything I need to remember. From scrapbook Design Team stuff to birthdays or any special days to remember. It’s on my to-do list to get a separate planner for memory-making though. Just like this one from the PPS store specifically for memory-making.
There are tons of planner-related items in the store, items for The Happy Planner. But in this post, I would like to show you how you can use anything in your scrapbook stash. the Dear Lizzy Stay Colorful collection to decorate my planner’s June spreads. I also made some DIY paper clips. I love doing this kind of stuff for my planner.
From time to time, I incorporate photos in my planner. Especially for those special weeks or months, like Ramadan and Eid celebration.
If I have too many photos to include, I add pockets and another paper like you see here. I just adhere the photos and add journaling directly on the paper. You can make one like this using this paper punch solely for The Happy Planner. It cuts the paper so smoothly and easily.
It was my first time to use deco foil. I had to try several times and found a way how to use it with a photo sticker paper and double-sided tape. Peel off the protective sheet of the sticker paper and use that side to rub the foil. Do it carefully to prevent scratching the foil.
I also used one of the exclusive Pretty Paper Studio stamps here. The Bullet Journal/Planner stamp set. I stamped it on a photo sticker paper and embossed with Blush Pearl embossing powder. I like how it turned out.
Here’s the rest of the decorated spreads.
More stamping here using the Bullet Journal/Planner stamp set
I prepared a video tutorial where I shared how these planner spreads were made.
Hope you liked my post today. Thanks for dropping by!
