Hi… Ingrid from papermade by ing here…
Before I share with you my last post as a design team member, I want to express my utmost gratitude to Pretty Paper Studio and Neelu for this once in a lifetime opportunity, THANK YOU, SUPER!!!
Yes, this will be my last month as a part of PPS family. Finally, after four years of being at the crossroad of staying or moving on, we have decided to move on. We’re leaving UAE for good to be with our boys whom we have brought home to the Philippines two years ago. Having mixed emotions; feeling anxious, sad, and excited. But, unlike the past years that I felt petrified every time we talked about it, I feel more excited now. I believed that feeling more excited than scared made me more secure about this huge decision. We’re leaving everything to God as we’ve always done. Hoping and praying that things will work out for us. I may not be based here in UAE anymore and I may not be a part of a PPS design team, but I will always be around to support PPS (for sure). I will try to stay online when time permits and whenever there’s a good internet connection available. See you around the web and social media.
Now, before I couldn’t type anymore words because I’m already too emotional to continue, here’s my project life pages for March. This month’s theme is “Anything Festive”. You have until the end of June to participate and get a chance at winning a prize pack worth AED50.
DT kit for June.
I am using Project Life page protectors design H and design J. Design J page protector is a little bit wider than my usual page protectors, but it still fits when I close my album. So, it’s okay.
Compared to what I have been doing for my photos & journaling for my past monthly pages, I opted to just print my photos & hand write my journaling. I hate my handwriting specially on my project life, but I wanted to try this approach once again.
Journal Cards and Embellishment
Here are some of the journal cards and embellishmet that I am planning to use from the Project Life Garden Party value kit.
Some memorabilia I gathered to include in this month’s pages.
March Project Life pages
The March die cut was from my personal stuff that I have been keeping for a year already. I added a stamped sentiment and a journal card for the backing.
A whole spread about the Art Date I attended this month.
Here, on the right page, I added the photobooth photo from the birthday party we were invited; and I also added the cinema tickets and cut the small graphic photo from the cinema brochure.
Lastly, thank you for reading through my post. I always hope I get to inspire you to be memory-keepers in some way or another.
Let’s keep creating. Let’s just spread good vibes and love to everybody inspite of our differences.
No “goodbyes” or “farewells”, only “see-you-around”.
