2. What payment methods do you offer?
Cash On Delivery
This payment method is available only for residents of the UAE. The courier company will collect cash from you when they deliver your order.
If you choose Bank Transfer, we will email you our bank details after packing your order. Once we receive the payment in full, we will dispatch your order.
Customers choosing to pay via PayPal will be sent a money request after the order is packed and ready for dispatch. Once we receive the payment in full, we will dispatch your order. All PayPal transactions will be in USD and a 4% PayPal fee will be applicable. Please contact us via email for any clarifications.
3. Do I need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal?
You can pay with your Debit or Credit Card on PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. However, having a PayPal account makes it easier and safer to shop online, and you don’t need to re-enter your card details each time you pay.
4. What are your shipping rates?
Orders above AED 500 will be shipped for FREE and orders below AED 500 will incur a nominal charge of AED 15*.
*This rate applies only to service areas (within main city limits). Remote areas will incur a courier charge of AED 45. We will get in touch with you via telephone or email if your address falls under remote area.
We can provide you with a quote once we know the weight and dimension of your order as the rate differs from country to country.
5. How do you ship orders?
Pretty Paper Studio has tied up with a local courier company to ship orders within the UAE. International orders will be shipped via DHL/FedEx/UPS depending on your country of residence.
6. How can I keep a track of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking details.
7. When will I receive my order?
If you opt for Cash on Delivery payment method, orders with addresses within service areas (main city limits) will reach in 2 working days. If you opt for Bank Transfer payment method, your order will be dispatched only after we receive the payment in full. Delays can occur in delivery if the customer doesn’t respond to the courier company’s calls on time.
Addresses in remote areas of UAE will receive their order in 3-5 working days. Delays can occur in delivery if the customer doesn’t respond to the courier company’s calls on time.

8. What is your Return Policy?
Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped. Items opened or not opened will not be replaced. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. Completed orders are listed on your website account as well. Please review everything carefully before placing an order as duplicate items will not be returned either.
9. What if I receive a damaged product?
We will replace any item that has manufacturing defects provided that we are notified about the defect within 72 hours of receiving the item. We make sure that your orders are carefully packed for courier and will not be responsible for any damages that happened during shipping. As retailers, we do not have dealership with any of the companies. Therefore, we will not be able to provide any warranty or repair on items damaged during use or handling of the product.
10. What if the item I am looking for isn’t listed on your website?
If you are looking for an item that isn’t listen on our website, kindly send us an email requesting for Pre Order – firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get the item for you. We also open PreOrder options every few months which is announced via email and social media.
11. Does your Shipping Fee include Customs and Duty Taxes?
No, our Shipping Fee does not include any customs, duty or taxes. The customer will be responsible for these.
